We’ve all seen or read the research and stats about the percentage of transformation programmes that fail without adequate change management due to insufficient trained resources, a weak culture that isn’t aligned with the mission, lack of understanding of the impact, lack of participation, buy-in, understanding of the adopters and resistors, etc.
We believe a free open-source change management methodology will be used by individuals and organisations previously without access to an effective change management programme to improve the effectiveness of transformation programmes, to deliver more effective community and country programmes which can improve prosperity and save lives impacting on world health, prosperity and harmony.
