We believe a free open source change management methodology will be used by individuals and organisations previously without access to an effective change management programmes to improve the effectiveness of transformation programmes, to deliver more effective community and country programmes which can improve prosperity and save lives impacting on world health, prosperity and harmony.

Supports the Training Consultant with the development of the Learning Competencies and training delivery.

Leads consulting engagements with X4MIS’s paying and charitable customers.

Change Analyst

Supports Change Manager with the development of the X4MIS Change Management Methodologies.

Supports the Training Consultant with the development of the Learning Competencies.

Supports the Change Manager in consulting engagements with X4MIS’s paying and charitable customers.

Training Consultant

Supports the development of the X4MIS Change Management Methodology Learning Competencies.

Supports the development of the X4MIS delivered Change Management introduction and practitioner training programmes.

Collaborates with registered training organisations for the delivery of the X4MIS Change Management training.

Assists with the Assessment of change managers who have completed the X4MIS Change Management practitioner training.

Delivers change management training to X4MIS’s paying and charitable customers
