  2. For our practitioner classroom training to be running in 5 countries.
  3. To have a global community and user group of 10,000 professionals.

Vision

 1. Is for the X4MIS free methodology tools

      and processes to:

  • Be used to improve the effectiveness of transformation programmes impacting on world health, prosperity and harmony.
  • Enable SME businesses & NFPs without access to effective change management to deliver more effective transformation programmes.

 2. Provide learning and certification

     opportunities to individuals without funds

     for the expensive corporate programmes.


2023 Goals

Our goal this calendar year is to:

  • Launch the X4MIS Change Management e-learning & Certification programme done
  • Continue to grow the X4MIS content community - 150 plus & growing
  • Add to and improve the methodology content - over 60 articles & growing
  • Start development of the practitioner training
  • To partner with and provide consulting services to 5 additional customers across NZ and Australia.

X4MIS is unique in the global market in that we offer online Change Management Methodology collateral FREE for everyone, wherever you are in the world.  Established in 2020, the methodology has been in development since the founder created the initial methodology in 2006 while leading a Change Management practice for a boutique UK management consultancy.


While we will give freely all the X4MIS online collateral, revenue stream to help fund this initiative include:


Organisations which can reasonably afford the expense of affiliated X4MIS Practitioners delivering X4MIS Consulting

CONSULTING OPTIONS

Our Team

Bruce Swain is the Founder, Director of X4MIS Limited and principle in the development of the X4MIS Change Management Methodology.


He has worked in the change arena since 2005, and related people performance and HR disciplines for 14 years before that. He has real life experience in technical, business and organisational change programmes in New Zealand and globally.


He believes embedding the required change into your organisation may not be as complex as some people suggest and the essence of change is enabling people to “want to do it”.
