The Original Change Implementation Plan

This document prescribes the original 2007 approach to Organisational Change Management (OCM) for a change project.   It is NOT the X4MIS Change Management Methodology.

It discusses the change activities which must be performed to enable Stakeholders to successfully adopt the new processes, procedures and/or technologies introduced by the change.

It is a primary source of OCM information for the various stakeholder groups impacted by the change, providing information about the change purpose, scope, benefits, impact and training opportunities.
