Organisational Change Implementation Plan

This document prescribes the approach to Organisational Change Management (OCM) for the change project.  It discusses the change activities which must be performed to enable Stakeholders to successfully adopt the new processes, procedures and/or technologies introduced by the change.

It is a primary source of OCM information for the various stakeholder groups impacted by the change, providing information about the change purpose, scope, benefits, impact and training opportunities.

This is a living document in that it is updated during the various phases of the project with new and relevant information that is not available at this phase of the project.
