Change Management is the application of a structured approach which supports people undergoing any transformation – project, process or organisational change.
A Change Management Programme provides a framework and systems approach to manage people before, during and after the transformation.
A programme is required when changes are fundamentally different from what has been done before.
Ultimately, the role of a Change Management Programme is to help people want to behave in new ways to align with the WHY of the change project.
